Taking place twice a week in Stifford Clays (Gransjean Hall, Nutberry Corner, Long Lane, Stifford Clays, Essex), our Boxercise Fitness Classes are championed for not only being a great way to get fitter and healthier, but also for the social aspect.
Boxercise Classes are one of the most cost effective ways to achieve your health and fitness goals this year. The fitness classes are adapted for each individuals current fitness level, so there’s no need to be fearful or nervous.
We host a maximum of 12 trainees per class and spaces are strictly limited, so it’s best not to hang around if you’re thinking of joining us.

Diet and nutritional tracking during your fitness journey is all handled withing the award winning industry standard MyFitnessPal, and the information provided is then reviewed, analysed and improved upon, giving clients the best possible start.
I provide each client with direct access to 30 years of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry via a private WhatsApp group. I also give clients the option to join a group of people also on their fitness journey, where they’re able to ask questions, seek advice and share ideas / recipes.
