Transformation Package

Do you struggle with fitting your full workout routine in? Would you like to get both fitness and strength covered at once? 

Then we have the package for you. 

Starting in September we have devised a plan where you will cover both of these in two back to back sessions. You will have a full-body workout in a small group but with all the benefits of 1-2-1 training.

Running every morning Monday-Friday at 9:15am until 10:45am.

These two sessions will usually be £20 each but as a special package offer will be £15 each. Or pre book 3 of these sessions a week for just £75.
