We’ve created the popular transformation double sessions to help people on busy or tight schedules, or who want to condense the training and exercise they do each week into manageable blocks. Taking place every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:15am, the transformation sessions are perfect for after school drop off, or starting your day right.
Where Are The 90 Minute Sessions Held?
Our 90 minute transformation sessions take place at Vitality & Mind Gym, Unit B, The Priory, Oxford Rd, Horndon on the Hill, SS17 8PX – Mon, Weds, Fri @ 9:15am.
What Do The 90 Minute Sessions Cover?
The sessions are designed to cover both strength and fitness aspects of exercise in an action-packed 90-minute class.
Strength is important to our health for a variety of reasons:
