Personal Training in Stanford-le-Hope

Personal training sessions on a one-to-one basis in Thurrock with Ryan Worthington PT are a great way to get started on your fitness journey.

Available as either two or three training sessions per week over an eight week period. One to one personal training sessions with Ryan Worthington aim to provide you with the mindset, tools and knowledge to get where you want to be this year.

The training sessions take place at Impulse Leisure (primarily Grays or Corringham), following an initial consultation, provided completely free of charge – with no obligation to continue.

We currently offer a no-commitment package to customers who may want to sample the training on a pay-as-you-go basis. I’m offering the PAYG one to one personal training service, where available, at an additional £5 per training session.

During your sessions with Ryan Worthington PT, you’ll be given the tools, knowledge and programs to be able to continue your fitness beyond the course. I think it’s important that my clients are given the guidance to become self sufficient.

A huge part of my role in your fitness journey is helping you achieve your goals. I only succeed if you succeed, so it’s greatly important to me that we work together on this. That doesn’t mean that I’ll be shouting at you to drop and give me twenty; it means I’ll be there to guide and support you when you need it most.

On Going Support Calls / Management

I won’t leave you high and dry. Clients who have worked with me in the past to achieve their fitness goals still speak with me on a frequent basis for some free advice, to check in and discuss how they’re getting on. Just like you would with a friend.

Complete Program Provided

On course completion, each of my clients is provided with a complete and tailored training program containing decades of knowledge and thousands of hours of experience – which they can then take forward with them as they continue their fitness journey.

MyFitnessPal App Tracking

Diet and nutritional tracking during your fitness journey is all handled within the award winning industry standard MyFitnessPal, and the information provided is then reviewed, analysed and improved upon, giving clients the best possible start.

Access to exclusive WhatsApp Support Group

I provide each client with direct access to 30 years of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry via a private WhatsApp group. I also give clients the option to join a group of people also on their fitness journey, where they’re able to ask questions, seek advice and share ideas / recipes.

If you have been putting off or have not been to a gym in some time like me, then I can fully recommend that you give Vitality in Mind a try!
The group PT sessions are small and concentrated with expert tuition and motivation from Ryan. Great atmosphere and feels good to be around like minded people wanting to improve on health and fitness. There is a real personal touch with this gym which I don't think you will get from the fancy gyms you could go to. The Boot Camp sessions are great fun and also a good work out. Been going for about 6 weeks and really noticed the differenced physically and also mentally. I would really recommend you give it a go!

I have just completed my 6 week challenge. I have enjoyed it and learnt a lot of new exercises. Attending the session motivated me to finally do something to improve my health and wellbeing. I have signed up for further sessions as the trainers are very knowledgeable and the other participants are good fun to be around.
I can’t recommend Ryan at Vitality & Mind enough! He’s been an incredible personal trainer, helping me stay motivated and teaching me the right exercises to lose weight and get fitter. I began training at Vitality and Mind 3 months ago and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. Ryan and his team are knowledgeable, experienced and yet manage to make every session fun and enjoyable. Everyone that attends is friendly and welcoming and I’ve made some lovely friends.
