Why Should I Sign Up For The Six Week Challenge?
The challenge is designed from the ground up to produce amazing results in just six short weeks. We combine strength, conditioning, HIIT and circuit training plans to produce the ultimate calorie-burning plan. When enrolling in the six-week fitness challenge, clients are assigned a trainer who will be available 7 days a week to answer questions, provide help and ensure accountability when training.
How Is The Challenge Tracked & Measured?
We’ve introduced a new Trainerize application which is used to seamlessly track, test and measure performance and fitness levels throughout the six weeks. Training sessions are added by the Vitality and Mind team and are recorded alongside meals and body measurements to calculate overall effectiveness. Once we’ve completed the six-week plan together, we analyse the complete results and celebrate how much progress we’ve made together.
How Do I Join The Challenge For Free?
Our six-week fitness challenge is an additional service that can be bolted on to our client membership plans, however, if clients stick with it and complete some simple tasks, we refund the challenge fee against their next membership charge – which essentially means we’re giving away the six-week challenge for free!
