One of the big problems we see with competing group training packages on the market today, is they don’t evaluate the clients. Individuals are lumped together in a class and told to get started – which has a detrimental effect on both the experience and the results.
We offer 4 flavours of small group training, and which ones you join will be guided by your health and fitness goals.
HIIT & Boxing Our High-Intensity Interval Training class leans on Boxing to keep up the tempo and get your heart racing.
The perfect class for people working towards improved fitness levels, as well as condition their body, improve overall physique and lose weight.
Strength & Conditioning for Weight Loss and Toning Our strength and conditioning small group training classes are designed from the ground up to help our attendees lose weight, drop body fat and improve their bodies condition.
During the sessions, we’ll work towards sculpting your body and improve performance when it counts.
Strength Training Vitality & Mind strength training classes have been developed over time to help clients improve strength and increase lift capacity.
The sessions will also help increase metabolic rate, leading to shaping the body and losing weight.
Remedial Rehabilitation / Foundation Fitness Our foundation fitness classes have been introduced to help people who don’t feel quite ready to participate in the other offerings which might be overwhelming or difficult. We’ll work with you to provide analysis and advice on how to exercise safely and effectively and guide you into the other classes as best as possible.
Our group training sessions are tailored to an individual’s specific goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight this year, tone up or need assistance with injury rehabilitation – we have a programme suitable for you.

Small group training sessions with Vitality & Mind ensure that ability levels aren’t mixed to the detriment of the group. It’s no use pairing up an olympic athlete with someone just starting their fitness journey, because results will suffer.
Each small group training client is provided with a complementary Postural Analysis session in which we work with you on some key health points, and determine where you’ll get the most out of our sessions.
On Going Support Calls / Management
I won’t leave you high and dry. Clients who have worked with me in the past to acheive their fitness goals still speak with me on a frequent basis for some free advice, to check in and discuss how they’re getting on. Just like you would with a friend.
MyFitnessPal App Tracking
Diet and nutritional tracking during your fitness journey is all handled withing the award winning industry standard MyFitnessPal, and the information provided is then reviewed, analysed and improved upon, giving clients the best possible start.
Access to exclusive WhatsApp Support Group
I provide each client with direct access to 30 years of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry via a private WhatsApp group. I also give clients the option to join a group of people also on their fitness journey, where they’re able to ask questions, seek advice and share ideas / recipes.
If you have been putting off or have not been to a gym in some time like me, then I can fully recommend that you give Vitality in Mind a try! The group PT sessions are small and concentrated with expert tuition and motivation from Ryan. Great atmosphere and feels good to be around like minded people wanting to improve on health and fitness. There is a real personal touch with this gym which I don't think you will get from the fancy gyms you could go to. The Boot Camp sessions are great fun and also a good work out. Been going for about 6 weeks and really noticed the differenced physically and also mentally. I would really recommend you give it a go! Great Work Ryan with the gym.
I have just completed my 6 week challenge. I have enjoyed it and learnt a lot of new exercises. Attending the session motivated me to finally do something to improve my health and wellbeing. I have signed up for further sessions as the trainers are very knowledgeable and the other participants are good fun to be around.

I began training at Vitality and Mind 3 months ago and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. Ryan and his team are knowledgeable, experienced and yet manage to make every session fun and enjoyable. Everyone that attends is friendly and welcoming and I’ve made some lovely friends. Since joining, my strength has improved, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle ( which was my goal ) yet I’m eating more! Like so many women, I wasn’t eating enough but with Ryan’s guidance, Ive upped my calories, in particular, my protein and now feel so much better overall.
