One of the big problems we see with competing group training packages on the market today, is they don’t evaluate the clients. Individuals are lumped together in a class and told to get started – which has a detrimental effect on both the experience and the results.
We offer 4 flavours of small group training, and which ones you join will be guided by your health and fitness goals.
HIIT & Boxing Our High-Intensity Interval Training class leans on Boxing to keep up the tempo and get your heart racing.
The perfect class for people working towards improved fitness levels, as well as condition their body, improve overall physique and lose weight.
Strength & Conditioning (Sports Performance) Our strength and conditioning small group training classes are designed from the ground up to help our attendees lose weight, drop body fat and improve their bodies condition.
During the sessions, we’ll work towards sculpting your body and improve performance when it counts.
Strength Training Vitality & Mind strength training classes have been developed over time to help clients improve strength and increase lift capacity.
The sessions will also help increase metabolic rate, leading to shaping the body and losing weight.
Remedial Rehabilitation / Foundation Fitness Our foundation fitness classes have been introduced to help people who don’t feel quite ready to participate in the other offerings which might be overwhelming or difficult. We’ll work with you to provide analysis and advice on how to exercise safely and effectively and guide you into the other classes as best as possible.
Our group training sessions are tailored to an individual’s specific goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight this year, tone up or need assistance with injury rehabilitation – we have a programme suitable for you.

Each small group training client is provided with a complementary Postural Analysis session in which we work with you on some key health points, and determine where you’ll get the most out of our sessions.
On Going Support Calls / Management
I won’t leave you high and dry. Clients who have worked with me in the past to acheive their fitness goals still speak with me on a frequent basis for some free advice, to check in and discuss how they’re getting on. Just like you would with a friend.
MyFitnessPal App Tracking
Diet and nutritional tracking during your fitness journey is all handled withing the award winning industry standard MyFitnessPal, and the information provided is then reviewed, analysed and improved upon, giving clients the best possible start.
Access to exclusive WhatsApp Support Group
I provide each client with direct access to 30 years of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry via a private WhatsApp group. I also give clients the option to join a group of people also on their fitness journey, where they’re able to ask questions, seek advice and share ideas / recipes.
