I’ve been training with Ryan for about 9 months now.
I had a poor diet and my activity levels were really low so I decided to contact Ryan to go about changing my lifestyle.
Ryan invited me for a postural assessment and identified alignment issues and weaker areas of my body that we needed to work on. We set to work on improving these areas during personalised strength and fitness classes.
I’d had lower back issues since 2005 and with the help of Ryan and an Osteo he recommended my back pain has gone.
Over time we have progressed the strength training to work on different areas of my body along with the nutritional advice that Ryan has given to make sure I am getting the most out of my sessions.
Ryan arranged for a body composition test recently using some inbody scales which gave a detailed report of body fat, muscle mass and recommended calories intake.
The great results on the printout backed up that all the training we was doing was paying off, with above normal muscle mass and low Visceral fat.
The variety in both strength and fitness sessions keeps me interested and wanting to go back which has always been an issue at previous gyms.
I’d say at the age of 46 I am probably stronger, fitter and eating healthier than I have ever been thanks to Ryan at Vitalilty and Mind.
