Become Self Sufficient
In 10 sessions, you’ll learn everything you need to ditch your personal trainer for good.
You’ll receive a free consultation (informal chat), to discuss and determine what your goals are, and I’ll explain how I think I can get you there.
You’ll enjoy a postural assessment which will allow me to correct any underlying issues that could be having a detrimental effect on your health, or preventing you from reaching your goals.
I’ll assess injuries, and I’ll teach you how to perform exercise movements correctly and efficiently in an effort to avoid sustaining injuries while training – something so important, but I often see left out by other trainers.
You’ll be taught extensively how to use both free weights and gym machinery effectively and safely – so you no longer have to walk into a gym and have that overwhelming feeling rush over you.
I also pride ourselves on the 24 / 7 support made available to our clients, using a special smart phone app. Meaning you can easily connect with me if you’re ever in need of advice or assistance that can’t wait.

I began training at Vitality and Mind 3 months ago and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to.
