Online Personal Training

I will now be offering Online Personal Training Packages, these packages will be personalised to you, your fitness and your ability, if you have old injuries, we can rehabilitate these. We will have a virtual postural assessment to ensure there are no injuries later down the line. You will not be given a standard video to watch, this plan will be tailored to you.

Get ready for summer with one of the below packages which would suit anyone who needs to be motivated and requires a mentor. They are not for suitable for people who want a quick fix or anyone who is not willing to change their nutrition habits.

Package ‘A’ £50.00 per month

  • 2 free calls to set everything up
  • 1 weekly check in call
  • Daily texts and check ins
  • 1 workout plan a week that you will need to do 3 times a week (3 hrs of your time per week)
  • Supportive Facebook and Whatsapp group Daily Facebook lives…. 1pm and 7pm Where you can ask questions
  • Daily workouts Facebook live at 7pm followed by a live session.
  • Daily Educational, motivational content
  • Weekly phone call support
  • Weekly Nutritional advice recipe books , hints , tips and downloadable guides to help you on your journey

If you have been putting off or have not been to a gym in some time like me, then I can fully recommend that you give Vitality in Mind a try!
The group PT sessions are small and concentrated with expert tuition and motivation from Ryan. Great atmosphere and feels good to be around like minded people wanting to improve on health and fitness. There is a real personal touch with this gym which I don't think you will get from the fancy gyms you could go to. The Boot Camp sessions are great fun and also a good work out. Been going for about 6 weeks and really noticed the differenced physically and also mentally. I would really recommend you give it a go!

I have just completed my 6 week challenge. I have enjoyed it and learnt a lot of new exercises. Attending the session motivated me to finally do something to improve my health and wellbeing. I have signed up for further sessions as the trainers are very knowledgeable and the other participants are good fun to be around.
I can’t recommend Ryan at Vitality & Mind enough! He’s been an incredible personal trainer, helping me stay motivated and teaching me the right exercises to lose weight and get fitter. With a back injury, I was always worried about form, but Ryan ensures I’m doing everything correctly to prevent injury while still making progress.

I recently completed the six-week challenge, and it was a game-changer. I learned so much about nutrition, tested my fitness levels, and gained confidence in my strength sessions. Now, I feel more knowledgeable about the weights I use and how to structure my workouts effectively.

I began training at Vitality and Mind 3 months ago and I can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to. Ryan and his team are knowledgeable, experienced and yet manage to make every session fun and enjoyable. Everyone that attends is friendly and welcoming and I’ve made some lovely friends.
Since joining, my strength has improved, I’ve lost weight, gained muscle ( which was my goal ) yet I’m eating more! Like so many women, I wasn’t eating enough but with Ryan’s guidance, Ive upped my calories, in particular, my protein and now feel so much better overall.
