One Session Per Week
Historically, we’ve offered our personal training programmes as either a two-session, or three-session per week package – but we understand that this isn’t for everyone, which is why right now, we’re offering our personal training packages to clients ready to commit to just one session per week.
#1 Postural Assessment + One to One Training Session
Contact us right now and arrange a complimentary postural assessment from a qualified training instructor at Vitality & Mind. This will allow us to correct any underlying issues that could be having a detrimental effect on your health, or preventing you from reaching your goals.
We’ll assess any existing injuries, and I’ll teach you how to perform exercise movements correctly and efficiently in an effort to avoid sustaining injuries during training – something so important, but we often see left out by other trainers.
You’ll be taught extensively how to use both free weights and gym machinery effectively and safely – so you no longer have to walk into a gym and have that overwhelming feeling rush over you.
Following the postural assessment, you’ll enjoy a one to one training session with one of the leading health and fitness experts covering Essex.
#2 Postural Assessment + Two Group Class Sessions
If one to one training doesn’t sound appealing to you – we’ll swap it out for two free class-based sessions with a qualified personal trainer.
With no obligation to continue past the free sessions, you’ll enjoy a taste of the community that group training brings.
Of course, we’ll also provide an all important postural assessment to avoid injury and identify problem areas you might not be aware of.
